"I love shopping here and I spent a lot of money in this store i went in today and i don’t know what’s going on with the employees they were extremely rude and i have never been soo uncomfortable in my life the sad part is that I used to love this little shop I don’t think I will be going back"
"Took 2 pairs of jeans into store- both still with tags & receipt- asked if I could get in store credit since my daughter does like the fit. Because it was over 30 days, they would not accept them back. Each pair was $55 for total of $110 plus tax. Asked the girl helping me if she was the manager- she replied “ No, my manager is out on maternity leave, but she won’t approved that.” Refused any help or service- I questioned again since it is not seasonal items, but jeans- her reply- not even looking at the jeans as they were still in the bag. “No I’m sure we have clearanced all those out and don’t even have any in the store.” DO NOT SHOP HERE! There are too my boutiques to support in this town… NOT THIS ONE!!"
"Love this store. The staff is always friendly, last time I went in they didn't have my size in a shirt that I was wanting. The sales associate offered to put me on a call list once they got it in. They go the extra mile for their customers. =D"
