I responded to the client survey and the owner offered me a re-do any time that worked for me. Carrie (owner) was great, she goes above and beyond for her customers! "Visiting from Seattle for a friends wedding and decided to come get a blowout. The young lady that did my hair was super friendly and truly appreciated that.I have gotten multiple blowouts and I could tell as soon as I sat down the chair that she didn’t really know what she was doing. She blew out my hair for less than 5 min and the started to curl. I honestly hate leaving reviews but this was by far one of the worst hair experiences I’ve had. I left the salon with my hair looking as if I had slept on it the night before. :( this was very disappointing."
