"This place is a ripoff. As soon as they know you have money they start charging you more and more. They did 2 hair pieces for me and the second one was a waste of money and time. my hairpiece started coming off the same day they bonded.I had to go back to fix it then they charged me another $1900 to put more glue on it. But it didn’t work. Joseph bleached my hair and turned it to white and cut my hair too short. He burned my scalp with the chemical he used. Then He charged me $3800. He didn’t even tell me how much he’s gonna charge. He just ran my card that they have saved in their computer. When I checked my account I saw this crazy charge and texted their number asking why they charged me that much money. Because it’s not normal to charge $3800 to bleach a short hair. When I asked for an itemized receipt he sent it after few days and guess what. He has charged me $3000 under platinum card level and he didn’t even explain what it was. On top of that there are charges for bleaching my hair and hair cut and all. So I paid $3000 for nothing. Just for them to have fun with my money. I would t suggest this place to anyone. All they care about is money money money. No certifications or experiences of professional jobs. They would force you to buy their stuff and they pressure you a lot to sell their product and clothing. They wouldn’t tell you the price at the consultation but when everything’s done they’ll give you a sky high price for low quality job. I wasted too much money and time at this place until Joseph messed my hair up with too much damages to my hair and look. If you love your hair please stay away from this place. This place is not professional. This is just a drag queen show."

"never write reviews on line but Ryan Wayne salon is my exception. I love this salon. This place is like an oasis in the desert. It is comforting, friendly, and met all my salon needs. I am transgender (MTF) and they were totally respectful and gracious to me. I have had many bad experiences at other salons for years and years. Not here. . Breeana is not just an expert and knowledgeable operator, she is a great human being and I appreciate her. I also enjoy the family atmosphere. Thank you everyone and will see you soon. I have to drive an hour to get there but they are worth it!."

The prices paid are in line with the quality of product and service received. This is a place interested in supporting your hair goals for both short and long term. I can say I've always left there feeling fabulous. I love getting my nails done while also getting my hair done. Less appointments and maximizing use of my time is a great thing in my world. And they have a wide variety of great clothes (styles, prices, and sizes). Some days, I just come in to shop for clothes. It is truly a one stop shop!
