"Good haircut, unfortunate customer service. The owner seems to only want to cut hair but has little interest in customer service. You can ONLY book online, you have to prepay, and there is no way to call and talk to anyone to ask any questions about anything. It is bad enough when all the big corporations do this, but for a small local business, sorry there is too much competition out there to put up with this. I wish my barber worked in another shop."

Julio was really rude and your militant enforcement of your cancellation policy down to the second is just too much. Be better."
