"I took my son here and arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment. 30 minutes past the appointment time I asked for an estimated wait time and was informed my son’s appointment has been cancelled. When I asked why, she said it was for no show but she was the same person that checked me in. She was very rude and ended up walking away and another lady tried to help, but I was told it would be another 45 minutes to get a hair cut. The manager was polite, but not much help. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience."

"I’m somewhat new to the area so have been trying out different spots and people. Finally found my guy J C here at Floyd’s who just happens to be new to the area as well. Without a doubt will have you leaving looking clean. He’s quick and a perfectionist. Definitely recommend this dude!!!"

"Super disappointed with my experience today, or lack there of. Checked in 15 minutes before my 2 o’clock appointment. At 2:20, I decided to leave without a haircut. No mention of them being backed up until I asked to have my name removed. I totally understand things happen but when there’s zero communication it’s unprofessional. Not to mention the multiple workers who were sitting in their booth with no customer. Have always had a good experience with multiple Floyd’s locations, but won’t waste my time again."

"Dee is the best. Dee has seen me through shoulder length hair, to faux hawk to extremely short and every single time I am elated with the results. Dee is an outstanding human being to depend on for all of your hair needs. (Plus their hair is super super cool as well) I trust Dee with any and everything, even my kiddo with long layers! Floyd’s is a great chill environment and Dee is the icing on that cake!"
