"Terrible experience. I’ve been to many knockouts, this one in particular, is horrible. I have given them multiple tries, even going back to the same stylist. They are focused on more on getting you in & getting you out. The stylist will not take her time with you, feels like a complete rush job- & looks like one too. After this last appointment, I will never return. Pick literally any other knockouts, go there, I promise it’s worth the drive."

She tried making me come back another time or get cut by a different person. They literally let me leave instead of cutting my hair while I was already here and my stylist was available… I will not come back after this."
