As a hair consultant, it's your job to satisfy the customer and provide professional advice to achieve the results to meet or exceed the clients satisfaction and / or expectations. Is it not? As you can see, the "want " vs. the "got" is nothing alike. My daughter was charged $190 for a haircut & highlights. I called to let the stylist know my daughter came home crying after leaving the salon. Her response was well " she wasn't crying when she left" My daughter usually gets her hair done by Johnny however the lady at the salon stated he didn't work there and she could do it obviously she couldn't."

He took great care in studying my hair and asking about what I wanted before getting started. He educated me on some hair care and even set up an appointment for my husband! All my hair is burned from the bleach. when i washed my hair, hair felt so rubbery, weak and it was falling apart. chunk of my back hair is gone. Please Think Twice before going to this salon."
