Every worker is exceptionally nice & good at their job, the owner is a cool guy, & you’re directly supporting a local business when shopping here. "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: I bought my daughter some shoes from here (she wasn't with me) and they ended up being a half size too small. We went back to exchange them for a larger size and they refused to even look up the shoes or make any accommodations. The shoes were never even taken out of the box. To rub it in, the worthless girl kept throwing back handed comments at us across the store while we were walking out, visibly upset. This place wont last another 3 months... IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: First off, if you " pulled security footage" you would have heard your staff yelling at us, making back handed comments across the store, when we were walking out. Second, you stated " as a courtesy we would oblige to help accommodate"... "

"This store is a legend. The people working here are really awesome. You can get some really great sneaker drops at retail prices, none of that inflated hype pricing. Lots of awesome apparel. Always greeted with a smile , they love their community and often give back. they have a really great selection of shoes. I should have mentioned that first. Hope they stick around many more years."
