"I’d give 0 stars if I could. I don’t often write reviews but I couldn’t not this time. Took my nephew shopping for his birthday yesterday and took him to this location. 2 girls were working the floor and one just followed us and watched us (as if we were going to steal or such) without any type of acknowledgment or any request if we needed assistance. I actually acknowledged her. Although I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, I’m not the type to need top tier customer service to be satisfied but a “hello” or “do you need any help?” Would’ve been nice. As I had a load of clothes on my arm and a shopping bag in the other, I asked the girl at the register if I could set my things on the counter while I shopped. She hesitated (they did have some inventory on the counter) but seeing that a customer is spending money, you’d think they would try to assist in some way. She basically said no with her facial expression. If it weren’t for me buying clothes for my nephew, I would have left. And when I did, a littler over $400 later, I left feeling not welcomed. And I won’t be going back."
