"I was very pleasantly surprised by a very friendly and efficient staff with some nice French bistro/bakery food. From the cashier to the staff in the lounge. I ordered a Croque Madame and the cashier asked me for my preference of how I wanted the egg cooked and was extremely friendly and professional. When my order arrived, the egg was not how I had requested it and mentioned it to a server in the lounge. He immediately apologized and offered to bring a new egg made over easy, that arrived before I was able to get 2 bites of my sandwich. All in all it was a very pleasant experience."

"2/2 disappointing experiences. The first time, I had a ham and cheese pastry that was bland, with a sad slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top. Second was a strawberry and Nutella crepe that came with half of a strawberry. Half of a strawberry... As an owner, I would be embarrassed to serve this. Husband had the French breakfast. It was decent but bland. The silverware handles were dirty, probably from people digging through them."

"Judging by the reviews, I can see this is a common accurance. The soup was watery and bland, the lettuce was wilted and red! Aside from common sense, I have also worked in the food industry for years so it’s pretty obvious the workers just didn’t care to look at the salad before bagging it. You should never serve old, red lettuce! Disgusting. I would never eat from this location again, it’s so disappointing that it’s common now for people to door a poor job at to-go orders since they know it wouldn’t be returned. There was more chicken than lettuce and the chicken looked old as well. I definitely won’t be back."
