The lady that talked to does not even want to give her name. I would have included it her name but since she refused to give her name, I am so done with it. Super rude, treating her customer like trash. The worst customer service ever in my whole life. How dare to decline giving her name. She probably is so scared to lose her job/reputation. If she’s treating right she would not refuse to give her name. Words could not describe how rude she is. Loss for words. I feel bad for this company for having such a trash employee like her."
