"We had to wait for someone to acknowledge that we walked in. Went to get our drinks and the soda machine had a lot of ice in the tray which made it hard to get your drinks. Then trying to find a clean table was hard. Out of the whole place only two were clean and no one inside. I also saw about 4-6 employees which someone could have kept the table clean. When our food arrived which was fast,was cold. They were suppose to be hot sandwich’s. Will not return."

"Always great sandwiches. Today all meats were kind of put in middle of bread not spread out . So had to do before eating. Otherwise got a bite minus the meat."

"The quality of service and the food was terrible. The girl with short brown hair and glasses who worked the drive-thru tonight was too disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. The other employees around the window were as well. The food was put together very sloppy. Did you people even try? Do I care that you people hate your job? No. What I care about is receiving what I pay for: good quality service and good quality food. What possibly could have made you think that I came to give you my money for anything else? Why are you even in this business? Go get a job you actually like. Schlotzsky’s, fire this girl. I won’t come back until I know she’s gone."

"My daughter went through the drive thru & ordered me a cinnamon roll & this is what they gave her. Of course her being a teenager did not check the order before she left or got a receipt but this is beyond ridiculous that they really thought it was ok serving this to anyone."
