"We came in at 4:06 when the appointment was at 4. I understand the 7 min rule, but it wasn’t even 4:07. We were getting my toddler out of the car seat causing us to be late but they couldn’t take us anymore and were rude about it. You could see us at the front because we are parked at the front. Now we have an upset toddler and a very upset mother. Do not recommend!!!!!"

"Showed up at 5:30 and they wouldn’t cut my 3 year olds hair without an appt. There were 3 stylist and no customers. Advertised hours are 10-6 they claimed it was because of appointments but I sat and waited and no one showed up. They didn’t want to cut hair that late so they turned us down. I watched them sit on their phones for 30 minutes and do absolutely nothing! Terrible service! I sat there until 5:55 and no one showed up so don’t tell me you had appointments! The only person that showed up was a ride for one of your employees."

"What a fun place for kids to get their hair cut! The environment is perfect for kids and I am very pleased with my son's hair. The only negative is that we had to pay for full service even though my son didn't have his hair washed or dried. The stylist was fantastic but she didn't offer to wash my son's hair or let me know I'd be charged for the service regardless. We will definitely be going back!"

"My daughter is about to turn 4 and we haven’t cut her hair once. She decided she wanted it cut so we chopped off a lock worth at home (a good 8 inches worth) and then scheduled a visit the next day here at Sharkey’s with Julie. I chose her because of the ratings she had and a previous review written about her. She did a good job with my daughter and was very kind. The facility was fun very kid friendly. Honestly I was nervous looking for a place online because I thought they had too much focus on the kids having fun and not enough on cutting hair well, but we took the leap of faith and was pleased by the results. Julie told me she had been cutting hair for two years. She fixed up the chopped look it was before and gave her a cute cut. They also did her nails at the end. She received a ring, balloon and sucker. I too enjoyed a sucker and my son was given a ring and balloon for tagging along. Super kind of them. We will be back :)"

"Julie did an excellent job on my daughter’s haircut! I mentioned that she had a banquet to go to tonight and Julie went the extra mile by offering to curl her hair and add braids. We will definitely be back when it is time for another haircut!"
