"I made an appointment with Steeplechase Dental because I was having severe jaw pAin. I followed all of the instructions and was set for my appointment. Janet called me the day before and confirmed my coverage and costs. The day of the appointment Janet calls me an hour before stating she missed an important notification of my work and that the costs would be different. I was at work already and wasn’t prepared for that so I was very upset. She stated to me “ well you were going to have to pay something anyway “. I felt that was very rude because it’s never the cost but preparation for it. It didn’t matter if I had to pay something, it’s the simple fact you don’t call someone an hour before adding costs. She didn’t seem concerned about how I felt so I asked to speak to someone else and she put me on hold for a while stating no one was there but her. Needless to say, that impression is why I have chosen to spend my money at another dentist."
