Last time I went in my hair was damaged from over processing and not using the right products. I went back to cut off the damage and have one single color placed. "Ofelia is such a great person. Very knowledgeable. She colored my hair and shaped my eyebrows. She made me comfortable. I am definitely going back to her from now on for my hair and eyebrows.
