She accommodated my low pain tolerance during the appointment, and worked with me on picking the perfect color (even as I changed my mind multiple times!). "Lori did an amazing job waxing and shaping my brows! I have been to several places in the area, but they do not do a good job mapping prior to waxing. Her studio is very cute and clean, and Lori is meticulous, personable and professional. Additionally, I screwed up on the website trying to set up an appointment and lost my slot. Upon texting her, she was so accommodating and helped me get set up to come in at the time I originally tried to book. Very fortunate to have found her and will be returning for all brow needs (and a lash lift) in the near future!"
