"Was "okay" with my experience until today. Had 11:10am appt. No one even there. Waited 17 minutes in the lobby. Had to text some random number that was not helpful. Finally called another location and got ahold of someone. She kept interrupting me while I asked for assistance with contacting an area manager.... this business is difficult to book. They change your technician without warning and miss appointments, but membership is paid on time. There's no one holding anyone accountable for appointments or their schedules."
