Infinity Salon EYE BROW-Threading-NAIL

"I have come to this place several times for threading services. Their threading is great. However, 3 times I have entered the salon and no one is at the front desk for atleast 15 mins. Several times it makes me wonder if I should wait or just leave because there is no one in the salon or how long to wait. Some sort of sign would help like “On Break” or whatever the reason is."

Ruby - she is an amazing and very professional staff recommended for Facial. She is friendly and does her job well. 3. They also do eyebrows and threading. 4. Ruby also does waxing, face clean up etc, always above expectations. 5. Mani-pedi staff is good. 6. Rates are very reasonable and value for money. They accept card as well as cash payments. 7. "Brought my daughter there for SNS tonight. We’ve had it done 100 times before at other salons. Plain and simple the owner does not know how to do nails. I do not mean that in a sarcastic way , she absolutely did none of the normal steps, did not use any of the normal products. She put a regular topcoat after the dip that was all sticky and tacky as you can see. Polish all over her cuticles. She filed them so short my daughter kept asking her to stop she was hurting her. It was a really terrible experience. My daughter has been crying all night. We did not pay for the service. This was a really terrible, terrible experience There is no way she passed a nail exam."
