After moving to Austin, I was looking for a threading place, and nearby places had poor reviews of how the reviewer wasn’t listened to, and even had shop owners responding rudely! From the outside I was wary, but I was wrong. She was incredibly nice. She takes longer than I’ve had before, but it’s because she’s actually doing good detailed work instead of leaving lazy stray hairs. She listened to everything I wanted and made me feel comfortable by completing my thoughts without cutting me off. The small room was clean and comfortable with calming music playing. My fiancé did his eyebrows for the first time, and he said that she made him feel at ease, and she checked on him throughout. Can’t say enough how kind she was—not going anywhere else."
