"After trying another Lacquer on my last visit, I discovered this location was closer to my new hotel. Loved it, really nice inside. I wish all nail salons could have such a cute uplifting atmosphere. My gel manicure was great and opted for a bit of design which came out better than I imagined. "Today was my second visit at Lacquer. I had tried the service previously and while the pedicure and manicure were pleasant the Dazzle Dry polish was not worth the money. Within 2 days all of my nails were chipped and peeling. When I went back to complain I was told that the Polish reacted differently with different peoples body chemistry. I had never hear that before. They did offer to change the Polish and that’s why I decided to give them a second chance today. Today I got the essential pedicure and was going to get Polish but after my experience with the technician Pam I just wanted to leave ASAP. First Pam was very unfriendly and wore very long nails that kept popping thru the gloves. In addition she used the tip of her nails to clean my cuticles. It was grossly unsanitary and painful to be poked with her nails constantly. I told her that I didn’t want Polish. I am including pics below of the first experience at Lacquer and today where she didn’t even clean the old Polish from my nails. She didn’t remove the Polish or clean my cuticles and did one of the worst pedicures I have ever received. I recommend saving your money and going someplace else."

"I have been trying to get my nails done, at least once a month, as a New Year’s resolution (self care). I have been to the salon three times already and Lisa has been my technician. She has been absolutely amazing for each visit. She is dependable, precise and a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend Lacquer North for a quality and hygienic manicure.
