"I want to start off by saying I walked in with eyebrows that had been untouched and grown out for quite sometime. I was so unhappy with how thin my eyebrows were made. I understand eyebrows are sisters and not twins but the difference is very obvious. This was my first time visiting this place after extensive research and amazing reviews. Sadly, I left here with nothing but regret.It just sucks to walk out feeling botched. Update: Siri did reach out and refunded me my money. She was very apologetic and I appreciated her trying to find a solution for the mishap. Although I am not sure if I’ll return I did think her customer service skills were up to par which is why my rating went up."
