"I waited for an hour at this Supercuts today and never got a haircut. I expected a bit of a wait because several people were in line ahead of me, and while I waited 3 more people signed in after me. They were all put in line in front of me (they did not have appointments). When the first of these 3 were called up, I pointed out that I was there first, so I should be first in line. They said I would be next, so I waited. After the second person was called up, I pointed out again that I should be next. They again said that I was next in line, so I waited. No explanation was offered as to why they skipped me again. After the third time I told them that I was first in line and I wanted a haircut. They told me that “you need to change your attitude if you want us to serve you”. They had literally been ignoring me for an hour with no apologies or explanations, but somehow my attitude was the problem? Unbelievable. At that point I left, as I no longer believed that I was ever going to be able to get my haircut there. I wanted was an explanation of why they wouldn’t cut my hair, or even just an apology. They simply didn’t care that I had been waiting for over an hour while other people jumped ahead of me in line. I have been a regular customer of Supercuts for years. No longer."
