"The guys were very thorough and made sure everything was working properly. They also made the cost reasonable. I will definitely go back for additional repairs."
"On the way home from work I saw vapor and smelt something burning from the right side of my vehicle. Took it to the shop at DIB and the team quickly diagnosed a dangerous condition with the brakes that needed repair. They did a great job and had the vehicle back to me the next day."
"Excellent service. The team listened to my concerns and addressed them. Gave me options and weren’t too pushy on recommendations. Allowed me to make my own decisions based on there inspection."
"Brought my car last Friday for a State Inspection-free coupon. Good customer service from gentleman at the desk. My car failed because of brake light. I went and replaced brake light and I brought my car back today, Monday 16, 2023. They took my car in and opened the hood. I reminded them it was only brake light that had failed (therefore no need to open hood.) Lady then advised they had new employees that they were training and needed to use my car for training. I advised I did not have time because I had to rush to work. Lady then advised she understood and would let the other employees know i needed to leave. Five minutes later, they are still demonstrating/training using my car. I went in and told them I needed to leave, another two minutes later and I again had to go in and advise them a third time that I needed to leave for work. This is very unprofessional. If you want to use car for training, let owner know that you will be using car to train a large group of employees before starting to train. Once owner of car advises you to stop training, THEN STOP. The owner of the car has a right to be informed and their wishes respected. Not sure if this was related to me telling them not to train on my car, but when closing hood, the person that was training the group closed the hood so hard the car shook. Not a good experience this second time."
"Such a great team! Super sweet and helpful! I had to bring my 1 year old son because I have no babysitter and they made me feel so welcome with him and gave us snacks and water! I 100% recommend coming here! They’ll give you great prices too(:"
