"Went in for an oil change. First thing was I needed a new rear wiper blade. I said no it was fine. The guy kept pushing to get me to purchase a new one. I said no for a second time. Finally looked at him and told him “the customer is always right”. He got mad and told Greg to only change the oil and oil filter and get me out. A lady came in and we started talking. She said her son used to work there. He quit because of the strong arm tactics they used in trying to get you to buy something else. Then was lied to about adding fluid to the washer. All of the fluid levels were marked N/A. Normally they say checked. Will NEVER do business with Jiffy Lube in Friendswood again. Didn’t even put a next oils change sticker on the windshield. Definitely not worth $117! GOODBYE JIFFY LUBE AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!"

"Being new to Texas, I needed help in navigating a renewal inspection. As I drove up, a young man (think it was Greg-not sure) came up to the car and assured me I was in the right place-AND I WAS! He took me into the waiting room-then several men came out and met me. I was put at ease as they took over. When finished they came up and gave me good news and took the time to tell me how and where to “finish” the process. Being a Goldie Oldies, the kindness and professionalism is very much appreciated. Kudos to your company and to this team!"

"Took my car to get a state inspection, and they left my headlight knob in a stuck half off position and didn't tell me. They killed my battery. Not to mention an overcharge for windshield wipers and the inspection."

"I didn’t realize the hours changed and came in 30 minutes before closing (thinking I had over an hour until closing). The employees were incredibly polite to me and my two young children. Even with the short amount of time, they still offered me an additional recommended service and completed it in what I feel was record time. My favorite part was that they didn’t try to sell me air filters that I didn’t need because I had just changed them."
