"Amazing work! My daughter wanted some pisces themed nails for her birthday month and Pamper Nail did an absolutely fantastic job!"
"me and my friend came here and we had different lady’s doing our nails, my friends nails had dirt and little hairs in them."
"I’ve been coming to this place for 3 years and love it! Tee is a fantastic artist! Everyone is very nice, the salon is clean, and I’ve never waited more than 5-15 min (if there’s a wait). Highly recommend this place."
"Tee just did my nails and I am blown away! I gave her a photo for reference and she outdid the reference: mixed her own color and edited the design! I’ve been coming to Pamper Nails for years. Obviously service varies by the nail tech but over the years, I’ve rarely had a bad experience. I highly recommend Kimberly, Crystal, and Tee for SNS/ dip"
"This salon is pretty, spacious, and hygienic. However, the staff is sorely lacking in quality and I’ve found places with a much better color selection (in both standard polish as well as gel) elsewhere in town. Walking in no one bothered to greet me (until I’d already here several minutes), and using the tablet system to check in proved frustrating without any guidance, as it’s not a very intuitive system. While getting a simple polish change on my toenails, my nail tech was distracted and more focused on gossiping/ fooling around with coworkers than getting me taken care of. Also very little acknowledgment or interaction with me period. As for my acrylic fill and gel polish on my finger nails, I thought their quality of work was so-so and had to ask for changes to the shape of several nails - all I was trying to get was a standard, rounded-square shape, with a basic paint job (no nail art). Very disappointed and will not be returning."
