"Kera is absolutely heaven sent! She used to do my hair a several years ago before I moved out of Austin. I moved back to Austin a couple of years ago and made the mistake of going to someone new for my hair due to availability (because I wasn’t being patient) and ended up with damaged/broken hair due to that stylist sneaking chemicals in my hair unknowingly to me. "*Photos taken 5 hours after I left the salon* Exceptional service. I booked 2 services, one being out of the norm because I had let my hair get out of hand. Meshell consulted with me on my needs, got a true understanding of my hair texture, thickness, and issues. Many stylists pretend to understand your needs/wants & then do their own thing, but she actually listened to me. I booked a virgin relaxer treatment & a deep mask conditioner and it included so many AMAZING additions! -Hot towel around my neck -Peppermint or Tea Tree Oil (not sure which it was) scalp massage (pure heaven) -Hot towel around my head I was also offered beverages and snacks which included the option of a wine flight (very light portions, of course, as it should be) and a cheese & cashew snack! This is a full service salon! A diamond in the rough amongst so many bare minimum establishments. They even have the products they use in your hair available for sale at reasonable prices. This salon is worth every penny. I highly recommend."
