"I didn't even get in the door before I had a bad experience. I simply called to make an appointment, who ever answered the phone didn't even identify the place of business, so I wasn't sure I had called the right place. She had a poor attitude, and seemed very annoyed I had called. Not somewhere I will be taking my money. No thank you."

"I showed the woman a picture of myself with the haircut I wanted, not only did she not recognize that was me - it was only two years ago and I was wearing the same glasses - she botched my haircut it's way shorter than the picture and uneven."

"I gave myself a botched haircut trying to trim my own hair that resulted in it being shorter in the front and longer in the back, not by much thankfully. I asked to even out the front and back and add some layers. As I was sitting in the chair I kept thinking “hm looks like she’s taking off a lot but I trust her” I went home, styled my hair and realized that it is even more uneven than I initially thought! It was jagged all around and had layers coming up halfway to the top of my head. To make matters worse, on the sign in the store it said “short women’s hair cut” = $22. I hadn’t even realized she charged me $28 until I was out the door on my way home. Beware, they’ll probably try to over charge you. Super disappointed with this place :/"
