"Woman front and center when you walk in Texting, watching something on her phone. And answered a call on SPEAKER while giving me a manicure. After placing my hand on a worn towel that was pilling, she asked me to put my fingers in a regular dish bowl of water vs one specifically for manicures. She was using a cuticle pusher not paying attention to was she was doing. She was just rubbing the side of my finger. Buffed me raw until I bled, no hand massage or lotion, $25 everything is dirty covered in nail dust, glue and other misc. product. The salon has nails samples, proctuts strewn about, very sloppy and unorganized with a coat of dust on top of it, reminiscent of an episode of hoarder. I rarely write bad reviews on small business, but it was ridiculous. I’ll never return. The One and only thing I did like is all tools were sterilized and removed from sealed packaging."

"One of the best experiences I’ve had getting a pedicure in Austin. Staff were sooooo nice and friendly. We had a great time chatting with all of them. My husband and I each got a pedicure and we feel so relaxed, clean, and pampered. We can’t wait to go back next time we’re in town."

"I loved my beautiful nails, and the amazing customer service. They were so kind and caring, i felt so welcome. I do think the price should be a little lower. They charged $125 me for a gel mani and pedi, not including tip. That’s the only thing I didn’t love. Overall I’m pretty happy with them."

"You know it’s a good set when you look at your nails get a warm, fuzzy feeling. Very reasonably priced and they made sure that my nails were absolutely perfect without me having to say anything. Friendly and professional staff with clean equipment. This is my new go-to nail spot for sure! (Nail pictures are about a week old, I forgot to take fresh pics)"

"Honestly, it deserves 0 stars. Left with the tackiest nails ever. Went for refund and they said no. Let alone they had someone else waiting to get hers corrected because of the same issue. My nails were super thick, tech tried to say because it was gel. She left them bumpy and again tried to say because of gel. She didn’t even offer partial refund, I didn’t even feel comfortable letting her re-do them again. Super DISTASTEFUL. So disappointed I look like I bought fake nails X3 and plastered them on. And even then that would have been better. Girls do not waste your time her."
