"Sherryl did exactly what I asked! She communicates with you what she’s doing throughout the process of cutting your hair. She’s really good at explaining, and really listens to what you want to achieve with your hair. I wanted to keep my length and she explained how we would make that work (my hair was uneven and I would need to come in for trims in order to keep my length and even it out), so I decided to chop off the unevenness. I asked for shorter bangs, evened hair throughout my layers. She did an amazing job! She’s a one woman show, so please be patient if you come in as a walk in customer. FYI this establishment is currently taking cash or check, no cards/mobile payments."
