"I arrived without an appointment and was told there was only 3 people ahead of me. I waited an hour I kept seeing people go ahead of me and the front desk lady politely apologized and said people just jumped in the chair without being on the list, she also said all stylists which were 5 worked only through appointments and only 1 person on the floor was for non appointments which was the stylist. Very poor organization, poor communication. Don’t come to this place unless you have a lot of time on your hands."
