"I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure, however when I went to pay, there were two different workers that swiped my card 5 separate times which resulted in my bank showing it as fraudulent charges. The owner was rude and disrespectful and was blaming me for their employees/ system not working properly. This exchange changed my relaxing experience into a negative one, which Is a shame because I would have come back had their system not malfunctioned."

"Terrible experience and a long wait. I took my daughter to the nail salon as a special treat for her 10th birthday. I made an appointment days before for us both to get mani/pedis. We arrived on time and proceeded to wait 50 minutes before we were seated. Once seated, it was another 10 minutes before my service started and another 10 after that for my daughter. During this time other customers arrived and were attended to first. While my nail stylist did the typical service, the man working on my daughter’s nails was distracted the full time. Walking away to attend to other customers. My daughter told me afterwards that he only did her cuticles on one hand. They also left polish on our skin in multiple locations. I wanted this to be something special, she had been looking forward to her first “spa” experience, but it turned out to be poor service with mediocre to bad results. I’ll be looking for a different salon if I take her again."

"Well, I will never step foot into Avenue Nails again!! The ladies are so lovely, but the male manager is abrupt, rude and loud. I thought I had found my new place, but last time I had the manager do my nails and he was clearly sick. He had a mask on, but it kept falling down. He consistently coughed on me. Stay home if you are sick, especially when you’re Interacting face to face with customers. I did return again today with my daughter because I love the ladies there. However, my daughter had him and he did not listen to her regarding her sns length. He made it sound like it was her fault and offered no solution except for us to wait and then he would do it over for another fifty dollars. Wow, great customer service! All the while “talking” to us in a very loud, assertive voice. It was a very unpleasant experience!"

"I’ve been going to Avenue for 3+ years (I’ve now moved out of the area and still drive 30+ minutes to get my nails done by them). I always leave so happy and relaxed. Truly the kindest people, clean facility, and wonderful service. Thank you!"

"This is my favorite nail salon in Austin so far. Mimi did an amazing job on my SNS French yesterday. She was really fast too! The salon itself was really inviting and clean. I love the big fish tank. This is my new spot!"
