"Didn’t even end up getting a haircut here. Scott was extremely rude while checking us in. He made fun of my nephews last name which left him embarrassed and disheartened. He proceeded to very brashly ask several times what service was needed after we specified haircut on the sign in sheet and answering his question. He wouldn’t allow me to request a stylist and used a degrading tone during the interaction. Scott should not be in a role that interacts with customers if he has no discernment of social skills."
