I like to do fun trendy styles on my nails and they have all of the new styles, colors etc. I thought this was going to cost me more money since they were so good, but it was actually less expensive than majority of the nail salons near me. "I am honestly so blown away! I was in town for the holidays and came with my mom, and had the most incredible experience! Ben did my pedicure, he personally matched my color to a photo I had so that I could get the best results with the matte finish I was hoping for. He took his time to thoroughly explain the differences between the powders and the gels and the dips so we could make an informed decision for what we wanted, he explained everything my pedi included and what he was doing and why, his communication was amazing! And when I tell you, my feet were NOT pretty walking in there but he assured me it was no big deal and he made it seem like he was glad to help me. He really put my mind at ease and I was able to relax. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Anton came along and gave me the most beautiful manicure I’ve ever seen in my life. They look exactly like a picture I had loved but I didn’t think would be achievable. These nails are too pretty for my hands, he really took his time and paid attention to the fine details with the tiniest brush. He made sure every nail perfectly matched size and shape, he was so thorough with the placement on my fingers all I could tell him was how impressed I was! It was like watching a magician at work. I’ve never had such a great experience as I had here. The attention to fine detail, the kindness of the staff, the communication and comfort during the services, and the quality of my nails is the best I’ve ever had. They truly made me feel pampered and special. I can’t wait to go back!"

"Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience at the salon. I've been a loyal customer since the salon opened and have always had a positive experience with ALL the staff, especially Noy, Brenda, Mia. Honestly, everyone who works there is AMAZING! However, my appointment with Michelle on Saturday at 5 PM was quite disappointing. She was rough on my nails, drilling down to my nail bed, which caused damage. When I asked her to file my natural nails before she put the Gel X nail on, she seemed unprofessional, rolling her eyes and talking about me to others. There was also a noticeable gap in the nails she applied. My nails started chipping shortly after, and my nail beds are sore. I would appreciate it if the manager could contact me for a refund. I'd be happy to return for future appointments with the other technicians, but I won't be coming back to Michelle. I appreciate that she is now the new owner, but I must admit I'm a bit disappointed with her approach to business, especially since her staff is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about their work."
