"Came in with an appointment on Saturday morning and they were ready for me! I had Son Le Phan as my technician and he was fantastic. I didn’t have anything too difficult with a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and a simple manicure. He was meticulous and did a fantastic job. I will be coming back for sure!"

"This place is wonderful and so I hate to give a bad review but after less then a week my polish started chipping off. At first it was just a small corner but tonight a giant chunk came off my middle finger as you can see in the picture. It’s so frustrating since I got these done for the holidays and they probably won’t last till then."

"cannot recommend this place enough! My experience here was amazing, 10/10! I have been to LOTS of nail salons in the Austin area and usually get either SNS or gel. One thing I have experienced pretty much across the board is that the person doing my nails is usually in a hurry and not worried about excellence. I’ve had my fair share of bad manicure experiences. But this place is different! Austin did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with her and asking for her (Austin). She took her time, payed attention to detail, and gave me an incredible manicure that she made sure I was happy with. My manicure even went past closing time, and I felt so bad, but she was so kind and reassured me it was okay. The people here are so nice! Their prices are also amazing and extremely affordable."

"10/10 recommend Madalynne’s!! Being new in town, I was needing a new nail place and found Madalynne’s Nails and Spa with some good reviews and near my house. Trust when I say go here! Trinh did my nails you see in the pics and she did amazing! She was also very helpful and informative when I had questions. I will say make an appointment because if they are booked, you are not getting in, which is great because they are not trying to rush on the clients who are already there. I will be returning for sure."

"I really wanted to like this place. Everyone was really nice and courteous, but I did not have a good experience. I went in last week for a gel mani and regular pedi and explicitly mentioned I needed them to be gentle with my cuticles and I need someone experienced and gentle to work with me. I was pretty badly cut and did start bleeding- in the filing was so rough it scratched up the delicate skin below the cuticles as well and stung for days. In addition I didn’t even get a nice looking finish as she painted the gel polish over my cuticles themselves and it started lifting within a day. In addition the clear coat on top was not evenly applied and there are small air bubbles. Photos are from after things have healed a bit. Pedicure was fine, but that polish also chipped shortly thereafter. Thankfully no bleeding there."
