"I got lip blushing done by Theresa for the first time ever. I was a little scared at the beginning because I’ve never done anything semi-permanent on my body before. Theresa was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable immediately. I asked for a natural tone with a hint of pink for my lip color. During the process, it was a little painful, more like stinging, I was able to tough it out, but if you’re more sensitive, they can always give you some numbing. Theresa, and the owner Alex, regularly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. After the procedure I had mild swelling, which is normal, and the swelling went down about 4 hours later. For the next 3 days I had peeling of my lips and the color wasn’t as dark as it was the first day which is also expected, but by the end of the first week my lips were like 99% healed and the color still looked amazing. I honestly can’t wait to go back for my touch up session, and then after that I may not have to come back for awhile. The first picture is how I initially came out on day 1, you can see some swelling (which I loved because it made my lips look fuller). The second picture is approximately 2 weeks after the procedure and after the swelling and peeling had gone down. I love them, I wake up every morning, feeling great and feeling like I look put together. If you’ve ever thought about doing lip blushing, I’d highly recommend getting it done here, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable about what they’re doing, and they take good measures to keep everything sanitized and clean."
