Volente Nails

"My father took my 14 year old to get her nails done, and she left so unhappy. They are very uneven, and not even shaped properly. I feel like they took advantage of her since I wasn't there with her. She doesn't $75 of her birthday money. I will be going tomorrow to see if they are willing to fix them. I'll update on here."

"I went yesterday they were very nice but the service is poor I think they work under the pressure of the manager at least that's what I felt I didn't feel it was a harmonious and pleasant place but the employees try to do their job however due to the same pressure that She gave me her nails, she made a mistake and I don't care because we all make mistakes I'm human but later I told her that she was left lumpy and nervous and she looked like her boss, and I was very unhappy with the work and today she let us notice more the imperfection, I'm not one to go to places to complain but they cost me $110 for something that I want to remove today, I think you could improve your work environment so that employees can work more comfortably. Today I went to tell them what had happened and they were very kind to repair the nails without problems, they are very kind and know how to listen. I definitely think that their paints are expired, if they fixed it but they are already ugly today and that they fixed it yesterday I don't understand why it gets lumpy, or is it that they don't know how to work the gel. lost money, well if you want something badly done but with good attention this is the place"

"Do not use this business. The acrylic is lumpy, the polish is messy, the nails are too big for my nail bed, the nails are lifting not securely placed. They damaged my cuticles I bled and my nails look like my 5 year old granddaughter did them!!!! When I voiced my concerns I was told it was the best they could do!!! They took my money and told me they would not refund me even partially!!! I am so upset and unsatisfied. I will not recommend this place to anyone."

"I really wanted to like it here! The staff was friendly and the place seemed clean. Unfortunately after less than 24 hours of wear, my nails are completely destroyed. I got acrylics with gel polish. They started to chip and peel which is strange for gel polish and the nails over all were very bumpy and uneven. I read their policy as I was checking out and they clearly say that they don't do refunds of any kind which is slightly disappointing, but I understand they need to stay in business. If there is any way to get my money back that would be wonderful but I don't see that happening. Unfortunately I won't be back and I don't recommend this salon."
