"I couldn’t believe that the team working on my hair let me leave with it looking like this…twice. I went in to get my money piece quickly touched up with a hair cut. At the end of my service, foils, cut, wash, blow dry, I noticed at the very front of my head/ money piece that there was approx 1/2 an inch of hair (at the root) that wasn't even touched with lightener. Worst part is after having to acknowledge the uneven color myself, I was made to feel very awkward after needing to be re-foiled, toned, etc. After the first correction (same day) the blonde was so uneven. I went back a second time for a second “correction” and still left with uneven blonde. My experience was horrible. The pictures show how I left the salon BOTH times & you can even see the bleach left on my scalp. I went in for what I thought would be a quick appointment and was so so wrong."
