"First of all, this review is intended for future customers who are looking to get a wax service at this location. Please be aware of the danger you are exposed at this location. Customer safety is not a priority. On Saturday, January 13, 2024 I was confident I would be getting a good wax service at this nail salon. However it was a nightmare as one of the technicians burned my face! Nobody apologized and instead they gave me some lotion that they guaranteed it would help with the burns. Which it was already expired! Additionally, they stated that the technician didn’t understand English which it was having a difficult time understanding what I was telling her when she was burning my face. After this awful experience I just want to bring awareness as I have suffered from first and second degree burns."

"I’ve been coming here off and on for around a year and I’ve never had much of a problem with it besides always ending up having to wait even if I called ahead of time and made an “appointment” but today I went, made an appointment for 11, showed up at 10:55 and had to wait till around 11:30 to even sit down. And I was left with nails that didn’t look like my inspiration picture. Still cute, but not what I wanted. It’s not a bad place but I don’t recommend if you want a more complicated design or are not in the mood to wait forever for your “appointment”"

"Gel Polish Extra $15, Gel French $20 Basic Pedi $27 Delux Pedi $35 Ultimate Spa Pedi $40 The gentleman, Dan, did a good job on my gel pedicure, very polite and let me know what he was going to do next and what my options were. A little rushed on the actual foot prep but still did a good job. Good pressure on the leg message. I also opted for a gel manicure and again he did a great job. Quick, but good quality. Very nice results. Total Delux gel pedi and gel mani was $80. It is quiet which is nice, chairs could use an upgrade but still have the message feature. Fairly clean and organized with basic coloration & appeal. Overall, satisfied and will return."
