But this one time i had a new stylist work on my son and she did a horrible job. and worst part was, she quietly stopped cutting his hair and locked herself in the restroom qnd would not come out. She did not even apologize"

"Very rude hair stylist. Especially the woman who worked there today evening. As soon as the customer left she started bad mouthing about them to her colleague. She wasn't even listening to what I was saying. I spoke a little loud because the hair machine was on and she said something like "what's with the voice". Everything about the experience was rude, yet I tipped her. I hope her manager reads it. I'm not going back there again. I wanted to get out of there ASAP."

"Really bad service, asian lady work there is very rude and have no sense of talking very disrespectful, I went to this location for haircut and I showed her my picture and told her that this is the haircut I need she has not even looked at the picture and was hardly speaking English got mad and told me if I am not comfortable I can get my haircut with other employee there so I waited for other employee who went to restroom and when she come back asian lady told her "I am not cutting his hair and if you not comfortable then don't cut his hair" and then the other employee said to asian i dont want to cut his hair. I was listening the whole conversation of her and I got uncomfortable and left the salon."

"What a horrible place this is, We sign in online but somehow it didn’t work (but it did work) so we came to store directly and one of the stylist was so so rude she told us that if your 5 years old kid won’t sit still she won’t cut her hair and someone else needs to cut her hairs. She was so frustrated. Horrible experience Won’t come to this place again for sure"

"I had a bad experience. My hairstylist incorrectly used wrong size guard on my head. I usually do 3 on the side and 5 on top. Unfortunately, she used the 3 guard on top which left my scalp almost bald. Once the mistake is made you cannot fix it."
