"DO NOT GO TO JACLYN!! If I could give her Zero stars I would. I came in and she was very unwelcoming and did listen to what I wanted and I ended up with straight bangs instead of curtain bangs. On top of that she did not prep my hair to be cut, and when I went into bleaching my ends she just left the store without telling me what was going on or when she was coming back. I had to bother another hairstylist to rinse me off and once Jaclyn came back she finished rinsing me and I grabbed my mother's card from her and she said it was free of charge and once I left she took the card information and charged us for or the haircut!! after all of that!!! Worst hairstylist ever!!!"

"My hair came out less than desirable. Amber was my stylist and I can only attest to my experience with her. My highlights are uneven and splotchy. She attempted to fix her mistake and it is still not acceptable. I was told by her about 5 minutes ago that due to my review and pictures of my hair she will not be refunding me. She said my comments and posts were misleading and untrue. I'll leave my end result pictures attached to this review and you can decide for yourself."
