"I had a microneedling appointment with Michaela and she never showed up. It is my first time seeing her and I waited outside her suite for 30 min. I called several times and left a voicemail. The manager of the suites also reached out to her with no response. As an Esthetician myself, I am profoundly appalled by the unprofessionalism of this business owner, and for wasting my time. I will not be returning."
