"UPDATE (April 2019) - Jessica did permanent eyeliner (semi-permanent tattoo) on me, and I am IN LOVE!!! I'm a mom and work from home, so I rarely put on makeup anymore but with the permanent eyeliner it looks like it's always on! I love it - ready to do my lips next. The stylists at Janet St. Paul Studio really took the time to understand my lifestyle, preferences and help me choose a cut that would frame my face and highlight my features in the best possible way. It ends up I was parting my hair the wrong direction! This was also my first experience getting Balayage done, and I absolutely love how it turned out. The new salon downtown is also beautiful!
