"I am very disappointed in my son's haircut and Ms. Ko (30yrs experience). My son has not had a haircut in years. The length was to the middle of his back, if not longer. He asked to have it donated and was told, "it's not long enough!" I asked hairstylists that I know and was told, they have sent in shorter. Maybe, it's a pain to do that however; he had so much hair, someone would have appreciated it. I even asked for a little ponytail out of it! Or, let him take it home and figure out where it could go! He showed Ms. Ko what type of hair cut he wanted. She simply did a cut and sent him on his way. No styling, no gel, no mousse, NOTHING!!! His hair looked nothing like the photo given to her. The least she could have done was put product in it. I feel bad because I found this salon on line and sent him there."

"She didn’t listen to me when I said I wanted a fade from the side and keep the length on top. I said shorter every time because she kept messing up my fade and instead she cut my hair from the top and suggested it looked better. Absolutely horrible communication. Absolutely horrible service."

"Ms. May did me justice! I just asked for curtain bangs and lots of layers and she somehow pulled exactly what I wanted out of my brain. After playing it with for a while the bangs are really versatile and easily the best cut I’ve ever had in my life and she did it in no joke- 25 seconds. This woman has some serious talent, and I will definitely be seeing her in the future. Highly recommend giving her a visit!"
