"My 13 y/o daughter was getting her first super short cut and I was so worried she wouldn’t like it as it’s not something you can just toss in a ponytail and wait for it to grow out. Heather was a godsend with communication and got very detailed with her regarding what she was looking for and adjusted the haircut as they went based on my daughter’s feedback. "It's been a long time and they've since moved so I almost didn't recognize the place based on the new location, but then the memory hit me. The end result was OK but the experience was very unpleasant. She seemed completely at a loss about how to cut my hair... I think because it's curlier in some spots than others... and expressed a lot of uncertainty about how to approach it, which made me very anxious. "Eliseo did an amazing job on my hair! I had really long curls but I was ready for a change (but definitely freaked out). We took off probably about 18 inches and it looks great! He made the process super easy, looked at my reference pictures and made sure to take his time at the very end to make sure all the curls were cut to the proper length and shape. I haven't had short hair since the 5th grade and love it so much I'm not even sure I'll go back to long hair. Plus the salon is super adorable, their prices are great and they have a cat. What more can you ask for?"
