"I typically do not post negative reviews because I believe everyone sometimes experiences a bad day. However, I have worked in Customer Service many times and going above and beyond is one of those traits that separate an average establishment from great one. I arrived 7 minutes before closing time and was not accepted as a customer. There were 3 employees with no customers. Gentleman at front desk said he was done for the day and looked at the other two and asked if anyone of them wanted to "take me" to which both simply responded " we are closing" but maybe I expect too much. Salon hours need to be adjusted to inform customers are not accepted at a certain point."
"This is my favorite location ! The staff is really friendly here and i love that I can check in online ahead of time . They are great with my seven year old sons haircuts ! Highly recommend!"
"I treated my German Shepherd Grand puppy to a luxury spa bath and manicure. She absolutely loved her time with Dogtopia. She strutted her self around the office area acting like she was not ready to go. That tells me she enjoyed her luxurious treatment."
