"I had a HORRIBLE salon experience with naveah where the cut was not at all what I asked for. I left with a choppy and uneven cut minus all of the layers I asked for. When I went in to have it fixed I was met with two stylists who tried their best to fix it but told me the only real solution was to “hide it until it grows out”. After talking about how horrible the cut was and how it never should have happened, 1 asked the other who did it and the other just gave her a look and she knew exactly who did it WITHOUT EVEN EXCHANGING WORDS. That tells me it was not the first instance of her messing up drastically. Then a manager was suppose to call me and never did so I called them and was put on hold for 20 min with no answer. I called back a few hours later and the manager tried to gaslight and lie saying she did call and I was wrong even though I have no missed calls or the voicemail she apparently left. The salon manager Francis was SO RUDE and offered no solutions. She was extremely sassy and said she didn’t need to listen to me and repeatedly insinuated that I was lying about the entire situation. I will NEVER be back to this salon and plan to tell everyone else to stay away."

Bella is very nice and makes you feel comfortable, she greets you with a smile and makes you feel like family not only that but she is very experienced and always gets my hair cut right.
