"Great Clips, Belterra... has let me down one time. Someone didn't use sharp scissors and my hair was pretty uneven. I didn't ask for layers, just a trim. I simply went back and got a great fix. I go here every 10 weeks, and without fail, my needs are met, and they don't take off more than I ask. They are kind people who ask you about your life and do a great job at their job. I made the mistake of going to an actual hair salon once, and stupidly paid $100+ for a hair wash in the sink and for them to do some type of layer technique where they cut bits of pieces of my hair off all over my head and ruin it. That hair salon probably did that just for fun; she said that it would look great on me. I really can't believe the hair industry costs so much. They're literally cutting a quarter inch off of your hair for $100! It's ridiculous. Great clips is an honest business doing quality work. And I highly recommend them for all of your haircut needs."
