"Don’t come to this location. If I could a -5 star would be to this location, terrible services went there with my friend yesterday, they don’t know how to do a simple coffin nails and after her asking them to fix it for the whole interaction the lady never did and when I asked to get them remove after she paid for the services 2 guys I guess the managers came in saying that no she would have to pay to them remove beside what she already paid to get them done. Terrible , you guys need to do better at least with your customer services."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Asked for a one color simple coffin nails , nail tech seemed to be practicing on me I had to keep telling her how to shape it I ended up getting frustrated and asked to get them removed at the end , I had to talk to three different people just for them to tell me besides paying for the nails I did not want I had to pay to take them off as well. TERRIBLE customer service and quality."

"Service quality has been down lately.. went for pedi-mani, didnt soak finger nails and cut my cuticles to bleed by pulling out dry cuticles. The service was not good last few times too."

"My first time here I got gel nails and had to return 2 days later as they were peeling off. Properly done gel nails usually last me weeks. So that was a bummer. I gave them another chance and returned to have a set of acrylics removed. Should be simple… file and soak them right? Nope! She PEELED THE ACRYLIC OFF OF MY NATURAL NAILS leaving them paper thin and incredibly damaged. I attached a photo of my nails when I left the salon. Notice the broken nail. Unacceptable. I will not return. :-("

"Had SNS and regular pedicure. Staff was nice enough but they have very limited color selection compared to most. I was told they had the exact same colors in paint and sns so I chose a soft pink and asked for it to match on my toes. The colors of pink are nowhere near the same color (pictured). I did say something and they offered to redo the paint - but they did not have another color that was closer to the sns so I declined. My finger nail color was okay at best but the nails came out all different lengths and shapes. Pictured here are my pointer fingers, one very round and one square. Last thing to note that will not apply to everyone; I am at the end of my pregnancy and the nail tech took the liberty of rubbing my belly which I found very odd, and that is the first time a stranger has done that to me in my entire 9 months of pregnancy. Overall the experience was expensive (87 not including tip - which i still tipped) and disappointing."
