"I tried to see how much a fade and hair wash was.... I got hung up on! There may be a language barrier? But I tried calling back to no answer. Sucks when you speak spanish only and you can't work around it. Go somewhere else."

"I wanted to try this place and possibly become a future customer because of the convenience of its location. I got here at 8:33 and the hours of operation time for Friday said they open at 9am. It's now 9:25 am and they're still not open. Please fix your hours of operation time so that you don't inconvenience people in the future."

"They have no customer service etiquette. Not the owner Blanca but the other short dark Mexican lady cut my daughter’s hair and when we got home we noticed one side was completely longer than the other side so we came back in. Obviously we just left and we walk in and get completely ignored by both the owner and the other lady and the place is basically empty. Finally I speak up and the owner goes and gets the lady from the back. When I tell her she didn’t cut it correctly she had the audacity to get an attitude and tell me that I have to wait till she’s done eating. I also got charged $32 instead of $20 for the kids cut so I guess the prices posted don’t get honored."

"The woman that was here didn’t know but a few words of English and asked for a picture so I showed her something simple. She didn’t need to cut all my hair more like a trim in the back the front didn’t need a cut but she did the opposite and cut the front way shorter and left the back long and uneven on the sides.. WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Now I have to try to go somewhere else to see if it’s fixable with an even shorter cut now!"

"Says they close at 8:00 pm today but it was 7:30 and the worker was with kids and doing her makeup instead of letting us in to cut our hair . Hope the owner knows what the workers do here instead of cutting hair!"
