"Terrible, dishonest owner (Michelle). Do not ever prepay for any of her "deals" as she does not honor them. I first came by her through Groupon for a facial. When that was complete, she offered a special to prepay for another facial and massage. No mention of an expiration or any other restrictions. I used the massage with Cal (he is great) and tried to redeem the facial but was told Michelle was out on medical leave so they couldn't book it. No big deal until I reached back out to book and she says it has expired and I will need to pay more $ to reinstate it. For starters, if you are offering something that expires that should be clearly explained up front...not to mention if you are unavailable for people to book with you, I would think you would be more flexible. Thief."
